With more than 800 million active users Facebook is by far the biggest social media network in the world!  Many small businesses hear the buzz and rush into creating a Facebook Page for their business with no clear objectives of what they want to achieve.

    The above video has been very helpful. I am a small business <a href="http://www.jrshooter.com/print-broker&quot; print broker in Toronto and have been working for several months now as to how to figure out the various kinds of social media. I have a Facebook page for my business, however I do not think anyone has been on it since I started it.

    I want to use my Facebook page to show samples and the various types of work I can do, to drive people to my website in hopes of keeping great customers, turning small customers into big customers, and hopefully receive new customers. Any suggestion on how to fix it is helpful, but I still have not figured out how to drive new people to my Facebook page. Maybe some social media websites are industry specific?
