Class Cancellation Policy

At Boot Camp Digital, we like to be as accommodating as possible because we know that our customers have busy schedules. That being said, our programs usually sell out, and we reserve your seat, so we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Unlike conferences or live programs that don’t allow you to reschedule or transfer your attendance, we are happy to have a flexible policy.

Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for our Live Training Programs:

We do NOT provide refunds for these programs, but we do our best to accommodate you with a different date.

Because we offer our Boot Camp Workshops regularly, we will help you reschedule for another class with sufficient notice. If you provide more than two weeks’ notice, there’s a $150 rescheduling fee. If you reschedule with less than two weeks’ notice but more than two business days’ notice, we can reschedule for a $500 fee. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule or provide a refund with under two business days of notice.

If you cannot attend, you can also transfer your registration to another participant.

If you are an international participant reliant on a travel visa to attend, please secure that visa before registering. A cancellation request for a denied travel visa is not eligible for a refund.
