The Boot Camp Digital training and meeting room is the perfect place for your event. We have a unique training room in Over-the-Rhine that is perfect for your next event. Our central location is easily accessible from major highways.

The room can be completely configured to meet your needs.

Don’t fuss over the details – we have all of the basics covered and included in your rental fee. Your rental fee includes beverages (coffee, soda, water) as well as light snacks (trail mix, granola bars, pretzles, etc). In addition, we provide a power point projector and projection screen, free of charge.

Planning your meeting or training program is hard enough – we want to make your job as easy as possible. If you are booking the room for a meeting or event you can drop off your materials in advance.

Rates

Our goal is to provide you with the best value for your money. We offer reduced rates for non-profits or community organizations.

Half-day rental $300 (am, pm or evening)
Full-day rental $500
Discounts available for multiple days
Included in rate: Beverages (coffee, soda, water)
Included in rate: Light snacks (trail mix, pretzels, granola bars, goldfish)
Included in rate: Powerpoint projector and screen
Catering: Don’t get trapped in over-priced catering contracts. Bring in any food you want. We charge a $20 administration fee if you would like us to organize your catering for you (lunch, dinner, breakfast)
**Note for groups larger than 30 people an additional charge of $3 per person will be applied to the rate
