Administrative Coordinator (Remote US-Based)

What you’ll do:
- Provide customer support and sales assistance via live chat, email, and phone
- Provide executive assistance with tasks that include booking travel, expense reports, and invoicing
- Coordinate and organize details for training sessions
- Coordinate and manage client-facing and internal projects
- Create and repurpose online marketing content
- Support day-to-day operations by executing existing processes on a variety of systems

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Enjoy learning new things and problem-solving
Qualifications you’ll need:
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years of business experience
- Digital experience and/or presence
What would be nice:
- Experience using creative software like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Basic graphic design experience
