Project Manager and Client Services
We’re looking for a project manager and client services professional to join our team! This role has primary responsibility for delighting our clients and keeping their projects on-track. We work with global clients and pride ourselves on providing an outstanding experience. This role will be a key part of delivering that.
We have a strong track record of growth and happy clients – because we put our client needs first. You’ll be an integral part of a team that focuses on driving impact – internally and for our clients.
What you’ll do:
– Create project timelines and communicate with clients
– Be the primary point of contact with clients
– Organize internal resources to deliver projects
– Maintain positive, productive client relationships
– Execute some portions of the deliverables
– Seek out additional opportunities with clients
– Develop success stories to promote with successful clients
– Pitch in as needed with internal and external projects
– Proactively find opportunities to surprise and delight
