Digital Strategy: Create a Strategy is an intermediate course. It uses a proven framework for businesses to articulate their digital marketing goals, strategies, objectives, and tactics with KPIS. This framework aligns tactical executions with business goals. This clarifies digital marketing channel strategies, execution decisions, and metrics. For businesses, articulating the strategy in this way drives better alignment of departments and stakeholders, and increases ROI (return on investment) as businesses focus on the metrics that matter most.
This course details how to complete the GSOT (goal, strategy, objective, tactic) framework to articulate your marketing strategy clearly. We’ll dive into how to precisely articulate your goal to add context to what you are trying to achieve. Next, we’ll examine how to best articulate your strategy based on your customer journey. You’ll consider the stages of the customer journey to influence. Once the strategy is defined, we’ll create measurable objectives to provide a focus for marketing efforts.
