This course will show you how to create tests and interpret the results. We’ll also dive into different types of tests and how and when to use each. You’ll be prepared to build and execute a digital ad testing strategy.

This course will start by identifying the importance of testing in improving digital ad performance over time. We’ll examine the difference between variant optimization and testing and how each one can provide data to incorporate into future campaigns.

Next, we’ll explore how to set up a proper A/B test for your digital ads. You’ll learn how to build a digital testing plan, set up an A/B test, follow the best practices for testing, build a hypothesis, and interpret results. We’ll examine some use cases and examples to understand how these ideas can apply to our digital advertising plan.

In addition to A/B tests, we’ll examine other tests or “experiments” available to test and improve your ads. You’ll learn how these tests work and how to use them in your testing plan.
